Susquehanna Hat Company 🎩 🥯 - Edit
There is a famous, very funny skit by Abbott and Costello in which they discuss the "Susquehanna Hat Company on Bagel Street," and thus the name of this shop brings a smile to my face. 😀 Otherwise, there's nothing that distinguishes this place from the hundreds of other bagel shops found in Manhattan: like all the other NYC bagel shops, this one has good bagels along with a few tofu cream cheese selections. In all, however, there's not that much special about the vegan offerings in this bagel shop.

Inexpensive, quick breakfast place - Edit
A bagel and orange juice costs $8 dollars. Opens early. They don’t ask for tips and are super friendly!
