Good food, beautiful ambience - Edit
Close to Flon station in Lausanne, this beautiful restaurant with amazing internal decoration, offers a variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Good food. The wraps were a bit dry, maybe a sauce would have smoothed the whole thing, but the vegetable and tofu bowl was experimentally excellent. Sweet and sour combination with kale and beans on one side and goji on the other side, making it delicious. The broccoli and coconut soup was very coconutty... ? but tasteful! The beet juice was excellent, but the cinnamon and lemon juice was kind of aggressive and bitter. The place is welcoming and peaceful! Thumbs up.

healthy & relax - Edit
The dishes consist of bowls, wraps, salads or soups. I love the fact that some veggies in the bowls are raw and that they add sprouted seeds or tofu as you wish. Each bowl consists of either black or brown rice, quinoa or udon with a special sauce.
Read moreSmoothies are delicious and you should try one for desert. If you love sweets, you should try the go nut wrap with peanut butter, honey, banana and strawberry. Or even a cookie or muffin.
It's a cozy space with wooden tables, some high and some low tables with rockingchairs or poufs, plants everywere (not all real) and even some books. You will want to linger in for a long time.
Service is very friendly. We asked for a doggy bag because we couldn't finish one bowl and they organized it very quickly.
Opening hours are very broad and there is take away option. It's very central.
Pros: very healthy food, great smoothies, wooden and green space

Could be better - Edit
Visited in December 2016. The menu consists of many types of bowls, a few salads and wraps. All the bowls are vegan, which is great. The concept seemed to me to be more related to prepare "healthy" dishes.
Read moreI had the Holy Shiitake. The plate was a bit tasteless. You could of course taste the steamed vegetables; but I was expecting something more flavorful considering it was supposed to have a ginger sauce. So, it felt as if they forgot to add it.
When I asked the staff, they offer to add "more" sauce; and after that, the plate was better.
Still, not my favorite; but decent.
The ingredients felt fresh and the combinations seemed interesting; however, the taste for me was lacking a little bit.
For dessert, I had the banana muffin; which was good.
Having said that, it's the only vegan dessert they have. So that's something they could improve too.
The atmosphere was enjoyable, and there was plenty of space. In fact, I was surprised the cafe was rather large. And during lunch time was full, so it seems to be popular. Location is comfortable, few minutes walking from Lausanne Flon station, so that's a plus. And take away is available.
Pros: location, nice vibe
