Bring back the Tofu Banh Mi! - Edit
I was disappointed to return to this scratch bakery and find my go-to sandwich had been replaced!!! (I loved the Tofu Banh Mi!) I settled on the roasted eggplant sandwich (roasted eggplant, sun dried tomato pesto, halloumi cheese, zhoug sauce, lettuce, red onion, banana peppers). Veganized by omitting the cheese and swapped out the ciabatta for a sesame hoagie. The bread was soft and fresh and the eggplant was cooked well. I enjoyed the sandwich. May try the mushroom toast next time.
