Nice Vegan Cafe - Edit
The cake was beautiful and delicious. There was also a lunch menu. I think that the food is also all gluten free although I forget if that was only for some things.

Quiet cafe for small desserts and tea - Edit
Stop by here if you want a small bite of something sweet. The sets may seem somewhat small if you have a western appetite, but the food is rich and satisfying even in small amounts and they are priced appropriately for the size.
