Good food but don't know what vegan means

The food is really good, they offer falafel, hummus, couscous and spaghetti for vegans. However some options are marked as vegan but aren't (Greek salad with feta cheese, hummus with feta cheese) and others are vegan but aren't marked as such (couscous). However you can order the dished without the feta cheese easily to make it vegan.

Pros: Good food

Cons: Don't understand what vegan means
