Vegan take away service using seasonal produce made daily in Blagnac. Previously known as Pep'Eat but evolved to Aloé Vega in 2019. Dishes include mushroom soup, Thai salad box and muffin al choco. Also offers a meal plan service. Open Mon-Fri 11:00-14:00. Closed Sat-Sun.

A little gem - Edit
An all-vegan restaurant. Choice of 3 starters, 2 main dishes, and 3 desserts. (Dessert options were reduced to 1, presumably because it was late Friday lunchtime.) Order and pay at the counter. We had Velouté of carrot with fried onions & croutons, Mijoté de pois cassées with toasted almonds on fragrant rice, Parmentier with parsley cream sauce and red cabbage salad, followed by Banana Bread muffins. Really tasty food, served properly hot. Friendly service and very reasonable prices. The only drawback to be aware of is that there are no toilets.

Good and healthy lunch options - Edit
Aloe Vera seems to have a new menu each week. I had the Greek bowl with tomatoes, cucumbers, and vegan feta. And a lemon poppyseed muffin. Both were very tasty.

Menus were available while waiting, so you can choose while you wait.
In Blagnac, so good option to grab lunch if you work there.
