Good hours, mediocre food, but hey two options! - Edit
I had the Mexiwrap and while it was filling and wholesome it was also very bland. I gave up on the tortilla since I was getting full and dug into the remaining fillings by themselves: black beans (too...sweet?) and tofu scramble (almost completely unseasoned).
Read moreWhen I paid the receipt said "Blue Horizon Hotel" at the top, which is something that would have steered me elsewhere if I had known about it in advance: hotel restaurants are never mind blowing.
One star for the food, one star for being open very early so I had a chance to get a filling meal before work.
Pros: Opens very early, More than one option, Coffee was alright
Cons: Food was under seasoned, Hot Sauce options were poor

Wonderful breakfast - Edit
Plenty of options for vegetarians, they get it and made it easy to have a great breakfast with veggie meat options. I got my dream breaky, two eggs, two blueberry pancakes, vegan sausage, potatoes and sourdough toast. Bring it on!!! Left full and totally happy.

A few vegan options - Edit
Not a lot of vegan options but I feel they do well with what they have. I ordered the breakfast bowl and it was delicious. There is a lot going on in that bowl. Indian spiced tofu scramble and truffle potatoes but I feel it all blended together well

Breakfast of tofu “eggs” with a nice spice, gluten free toast, crispy potatoes and the best vegan “sausage” patties I have ever had. Enjoyed breakfast here 3 days in a row and will visit again whenever I am in town.

Tasty filling breakfast - Edit
Not many vegan options but there are a bunch of sides and vegetarian options. The vegan options do look good though, I got the breakfast bowl and a side of fruit. The bowl was super filling and had veggies, tofu eggs, potatoes, and toast; all were very good!

Not a lot of vegan options but the one I got was delicious. Generous portion and the service was top notch, very attentive and friendly server. I would recommend it and I will definitely be coming back when in Vancouver.

I went here for breakfast, and they had a great selection of vegan options. They have two set vegan cooked breakfasts, and a whole heap of vegan sides to make your own. I had toast, mushrooms, and tofu scramble, and it was delicious!
