Fully vegan except on Tuesdays. Reservations required. - Edit
Their Fusion Gourmet (Wednesday to Saturday) and brunch (every second Saturday) are fully vegan, but can't hurt to mention vegan in the mandatory reservation since the Brunch description doesn't mention it. Cozy place, too. Note that everybody's sitting at a common table, and it's not to expensive at CHF 75 for seven courses.
