Disappointed by the order mix-up. Attention to detail matters.
Read moreWe ordered takeaway from 24 Brunch & Cocktails in Esch-sur-Alzette for a vegan couple visiting us. Our order included two Vegan Bowls, one Veggie Bowl, and one Chicken Bowl. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized there was only one Vegan Bowl and two Veggie Bowls instead.
This mistake completely ruined our shared meal, especially for our vegan guests. It’s disappointing, as we were looking forward to a pleasant dining experience. The difference between vegan and vegetarian is important and in a modern kitchen, such mix-ups shouldn't happen.
It’s a shame because the concept and food options are promising. But after this experience, we won’t be coming back. I sincerely hope the team pays more attention in the future accuracy matters, especially when dealing with dietary restrictions.
