Delivery always takes too long; recent phone convo has put me off completely.

Shorter version: deliveries from 20th always took discouragingly long, and then I didn't appreciate how I was treated over the phone after my most recent and final order (when I hadn't even called to complain; I just literally wanted to know when my order was ready because I wanted an idea of how much time was whose responsibility, as 20th--like many restaurants--doesn't handle their own deliveries).
I was already kind of discouraged from ordering 20th due to it being pretty expensive (which I always felt was worth it, as a treat) and it taking a long time more often than not. Now I'm just completely discouraged. It's not going to change my life a ton: I got their pizza probably less than four times a year. It's just going to drop to zero now.

Posted Hours wrong- it was closed @ 8:30 and looked as if was closed for awhile - Edit
We raced over to grab a slice of pie and it was shiny clean closed. The web site and posted hours said 9pm but I guess that is a suggested time. Be honest

Hi, sorry you found them closed. I checked with the venue and the hours are correct. They sometimes close early though if they run out of dough, maybe that is what happened.
