Heel leuk dat er een vegan optie voor Kaiserschmarrn is, alleen viel de uitvoering tegen. Allereerst lang moeten wachten: bijna een uur. Het werd netjes opgediend, maar de laag poedersuiker bleek aangebrande stukken te bedekken. Veel zwart verkoolde stukken weg moeten snijden. Zonder deze stukken was het wel smaakvol. Het personeel was verder weinig zichtbaar, waardoor ook het afrekenen erg lang duurde. Al met al vond ik het geen waar voor mijn geld.

We've been there on a Sunday morning and it was already quite crowded. The Kaiserschmarrn came in like 15min and was better than any of my tries so far. The atmosphere in the cafe is nice and I'm sure to come back when in Vienna to try the Pierogi.

Had the kaiserschmarrn with jam, it came quite quickly but was barely warm. I found this odd since the menu says it can take up to 30 minutes. It’s quite a big portion but couldn’t enjoy it being barely warm and felt it was quite dense too. This was my first time trying though so perhaps it’s how it’s supposed to be. Place was quite busy, so if you want to go definitely try to book.

They don't have much vegan dishes on the menu, but if you ask the friendly staff, they name you everything they can make vegan. I chose the Kaiserschmarrn and it was the best description. I often make vegan Kaiserschmarrn and other types of pancakes myself and try it everywhere I can, but this was definitely one of the best Kaiserschmarrns I've ever had. Have to try it again, the next time I'm in Vienna.

The vegan banana chocolate waffles were extremely bland. The place was packed with tourists. All three waiters seemed to have a frown on their face. And this may seem nitpicky, but waiters seemed to prefer handing over plates to customers (on one occasion over the head of another customer) instead of putting them on the tables.

I would not come back. For a nice breakfast, there are much better vegan alternatives elsewhere in Vienna. And for a quick, good breakfast nearby there’s Anker or Ströck.

Wir waren hier frühstücken und haben sowohl die klassischen als auch die veganen Kaiserschmarrn probiert. Wir waren begeistert! Von der Menge her sehr reichhaltig - man sollte großen Hunger mitbringen.😄Und vor allem auch etwas Zeit. Wir haben schätzungsweise 30 min. aufs Essen gewartet.

It was my first time trying the kaiserschmarrn, so I can't rate them properly, but for my liking, they had a strong eggy flavor that, for me (a vegan), was not very pleasant. I also don't know if they were supposed to taste like that or with my broken English the waiter misunderstood me and served me the non vegan ones..

Vegan options for breakfast are quite limited since unfortunately, they serve most of the warm dishes only after 12pm noon. However, they offer vegan Kaiserschmarr'n that they prepare fresh (which is why it takes a bit longer up to 30min). The Kaiserschmarr'n was really good (since it's the first vegan Kaiserschmarrn I ever had, I'm lacking comparison though). The serving was quite big I think. It would have been easily enough for 2 persons.

We went here several times for breakfast. They offer coffee with oat/soy milk and several options to eat: oatmeal (very good), vegan kaiserschmarrn, smoothie bowl, hoummus. No vegan options for bakery products available. The place is very crowded in the morning, but the service is fast.

Vollkommen überfülltes Lokal, kommt nicht mit den Leuten hinterher. Uns wurde gesagt, es braucht 10 Minuten, dass wir überhaupt bestellen dürfen. Nach 30 Minuten konnten wir bestellen.
