    Instructions

    Add water to a pot and let it boil, add a pinch of salt, then add the spaghetti. Cook them until they're al dente.
    Meanwhile peel garlic cloves and cut them in a half, removing the center. Finely chop garlic and hot peppers
    In a pan, add olive oil over low heat and add garlic and hot pepper. Cook until browned but not burnt.
    Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan with a spoonful of cooking water and mix everything together. Enjoy.

    320 grams spaghetti noodles
    3 cloves garlic
    3 hot peppers of your choice, or 3 teaspoon ground
    70 ml extra virgin olive oil
    pinch of salt
