Good vegan restaurant - Edit
My husband and I had a really nice meal here. He had a bowl with rice and tofu, which he thought was tasty and filling. I had something of a burrito, which was filled with fake meat. It came with potatoes on the side, which were tasty. We took most away with us to snack on later.

This place has amazing reviews so I had high expectations. Unfortunately it didn’t live up to the hype, I even ate here twice just to make sure!

The portion size is massive and the variety of toppings (including vegan sausage, tvp, crispy onions, avocado and more) really excited me. Unfortunately the execution wasn’t great. The sausage had lost it’s structure and some of the beans were cold.
It was still good overall and perhaps on another day could be exceptional, but I’ve eaten better vegan cazuelas elsewhere.

Our order got lost so we waited a very long time (>45min) to be served. The staff were very sweet about it and brought us some complimentary cake in the meantime. Unfortunately I think our mains were rushed as a result.
We tried both tortillas, the bean one was nice enough but the vegetable tortilla was lacking in flavour and soggy. Potatoes were undercooked.

I think this place has a lot of potential and clearly other people have enjoyed eating here but I can only comment on my experience.

Best vegan food I’ve had in Colombia. Clean premises and good location. Pleasant service. Will definitely be returning. Food was a good combination of healthy items and tasty. Piece higher than average but worth it.

I had the vegan Gazuela Paisa. If you love beans you have to try it.🤤 had an apple cinnamon bun for takeaway, that was ok. Not that fluffy like i’m used to have in Europe but still delicious.

This restaurant is everything we could wish for! The decor and ambiente is so cosy and the staff really friendly! Their menu is amazing, 100% vegan and lots to chose from. I had the oat waffles, very delicious! Also I took some cookies home as a snack. The best vegan restaurant in Guatapé!😍

No problem for me to play christian music, you should do whatever you want of course, but maybe change up the genre. Can’t imagine that the people working there are not getting annoyed by it hearing it day in day out.

This is my fifth time visiting Guatape and I am always searching for good vegan restaurants. Zona ProSalud was not here the last time I visited, so I was excited to give them a try. I am so glad I did. Not only is it the BEST VEGAN restaurant in Guatape but it may very well be the best vegan restaurant in all of Antioquia, Colombia. The restaurant itself has a nice decor that is warm and inviting. I love the fact that the kitchen is visible through a glass window. You can see the love that goes into the preparation of your meal. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. The quality of the food is well worth the menu prices and the portions are filling. In the end it is all about taste and the taste and flavor of the food is superb. I wish the restaurant much success as it has everything one could ask for in a vegan restaurant.

The food was super good. We had a pizza, the cazuela paisa and the chocolate cookie. The cazuela paisa was definitely the star dish, the portion was huge (I couldn't finish it) and so so good. I recommend the dish to everyone.
Read moreOnly downside (personally) is that the music they play is exclusively Christian Church music. They also have a large display of Christian books which is fine but the music was a little annoying. If you're a hardcore atheist, this might be an issue.
Pros: Great food, Very nice service , The cazuela paisa can easily feed two people
Cons: Very Christian vibe (if you're not into that)

Had the pocket burrito and cazuela, both were fantastic but the cazuela really stood out! Grabbed a pan dulce to go and it was great. Love that they have a mini zero waste store!
