Tiny Vegan Place near the Vatican - Edit
Small and clean street food restaurant (seats 8 persons) with a decent selection of pasta, burgers, wraps, and desserts. All made freshly (if you come late, some ingredients may be sold out) by a friendly lady.

The owner is nice, runs everything by herself and offers tasty and affordable dining. I had the Ragu Ravioli which is filled with Spinach, cooked in Beyond Meat Ragu and topped with in-house vegan parmesan. I asked for extra protein, so she gave me a side of BBQ pulled meat, with a block of another type of in-house cheese. They tasted like nothing I had before in a vegan restaurant, at first I thought it was strange but then I mixed them and they synergized very well to create a full rich flavour. All this for 15€! I left the place stuffed, could've packed some Ravioli to go instead. Really recommend it, a short walk away from the Vatican.
