Best of the best - Edit
This place was an absolute gem in Ho Chi Minh City. The food was out of this world — so flavorful and beautifully presented, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Everything we tried was delicious. What really stood out was the staff — they were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re in the city!

A vegan paradise - Edit
A cafe/restaurant where everything is vegan. The menu has an English description as well, and it also has pictures of the dishes/drinks. The waiter spoke English and was really paying attention to the guest. That was very nice. The gluten-free options are labelled on the menu. It's a pity that it's so far from the hotel.

Best restaurant in Ho Chi Minh - Edit
Everything I ordered was delicious including drinks and desserts. Came here twice and was blown away by the number of options. The customer service was excellent; they were very flexible with substitutions which is helpful if you have allergies.

Bahn mi breakfast combo!! - Edit
Was heaps good, especially the mushroom one. Brings the price down so it's very reasonable for a vegan coffee and bahn mi. Staff lovely as well, worth the trip.

OK fancy veggie food - Edit
I popped in here the other night for dinner. It's a nice, clean little place.
Read morePrices are definitely out of the regular food category.
I had a sandwich and a juice. Both were good, not amazing and maybe not good enough to justify the price tag.
I'll probably go back to try one of the other menu items I saw that looked interesting, but unless you live in Thau Dien, it's maybe not worth the trip.
Pros: Decent food
Cons: More expensive than other better places

Ran out of most of the menu items - Edit
I liked the customer service, the staff spoke in english and the menu is also available in english. The restaurant design and decoration is really nice, the atmosphere is relaxing. The only disappointment was that they only had a couple cheesecakes and a brownie available. I came there for the waffles but got a brownie instead. That brownie did not taste like one, more like a sugar free chocolate cheesecake. The pricing was too high compared to the quality.

The food is very good but the portions are quite small, so order two or three things. The drinks are interesting and good as well. It’s a bit more expensive then the usual place but still pretty cheap.

A higher-in V place $$$ - Edit
The perfect waffles and most incredible Vietnamese breakfast Banh Mi Chao you can imagine. Lovely service, great atmosphere, free drinking water and zero waste concept! The straws are made of coconut fiber. We enjoyed so much the vegan cream cheese.

Pricier and bougier, but nice - Edit
The place has a nice feel to it if you like a sort of simple but obviously more expensive environment, and the waters are very attentive and formal to match that.
Read moreThe menu is pretty extensive.
The waffles are good. The brownie was not so good. As my friend put it, it tastes like a healthy brownie.
It's pretty expensive. The drinks are around 50-80k, the meals around 90-170k. But in a way it's comparable to filthy vegan in D1 so if you're looking for reliable food but want something more upscale this is an obvious choice from what I've seen so far.
Pros: Fancier refined atmosphere , Friendly/professional waiters

Yeah it's a bit far from the usual places but the area it's in within D2, Thao Dien, has a few nice places so it might be worth spending half a day there for eating oriented things. D2 also has a couple things in general to do

best restaurant here! - Edit
The restaurant is a bit outside of the city, but it's worth the trip!
Read moreThe food is healthy and excellently prepared. As a baker from Europe, I have to highlight the French sourdough baguette. That’s high class!
The staff is attentive and friendly and mostly understands English.
What's a bit sad is that if you order via grab food here, your order will be cancelled. no idea why…

Overpriced for what it is - Edit
After reading so much about the french toast I just had to try it. It was a small portion and basically dessert (with two scoops of ice cream). This place is too expensive for what it offers. I wouldn’t go back.

Good food. Friendly staff - Edit
I ordered appetizer but my main dish came first. The springrolls were served with peanut sauce. In my opinion it goes better with vegan "fish" sauce or Sriracha or mayo Sriracha (which happens to be vegan). Overall good food. Price is somewhat high but reasonable for the area.

Slow service, good food - Edit
Small portions but everything I’ve had tastes good. My one complaint is that with the overnight oats it is 80% toppings and 20% oatmeal. Some staff are great some staff are poorly trained or unmotivated so service can be slow even if there’s barely any customers.

Didn’t get a chance to come to Zeroism when we were last in Vietnam so put it at the top of vegan restaurants to try this trip. Came straight from the airport and they did not disappoint. Delicious food and an extensive menu making it hard to decide. Super friendly staff, whole experience worth every penny 💕
