I had the vegetarian satay and the wonton soup.

The satay blew me away, it was incredibly delicious!
The soup was OK, the broth didn't have much flavor and the wonton filling wasn't my thing.
I paid 37 ringgit for the soup, satay and sprite - that was pretty expensive!

I loved the nyonya curry and also the sweet and sour mushrooms which were very buttery. I also tried the spinach tofu which was topped with black beans and was tasty too. The olive fried rice was amazing, a little salty for me but great nevertheless

This was a super delicious place - a huge menu most of which either was or could be made vegan! There were lots of local people eating there and the food was super tasty and very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend !!

Honestly I didn’t know what the fuss about Penang food was about until I went to this place! It’s amaaaazing!! We didn’t go until our last day here and boyyy did we regret not going sooner! Super sweet eldery lady helped us order with lots of recommendations and tips on how to eat what. Ah, we left with so much fomo. We’ll be talking about this place for months to come, lol. Highlight of Penang for us! Absolute must: try the monkey head mushroom in sechuan sauce!

Mostly vegan except for some things with egg. You can ask which ones have egg or tell them to take it out. Some drinks have honey. Good food, all delicious except the satay which was dry.

If you love ordering the Chinese way (different dishes to share), this is the place to go! Everything was sooo good, I couldn‘t believe it. Most amazing mock meat! Try the Kung Pao Mushrooms and the Kung Pao Eggplant. I honestly didn‘t want to stop eating!

came here because of the perfect five star rating. The soup was the best, very good broth. The szechuan braised mock meat was alright, and so was the fried patato-ish dish with deep fried noodles. Not bad, good atmosphere also.

We came in for dim sum but they weren't on the (lunch) menu. So instead we ordered satay (with peanut sauce), fried eggplant & fried chicken (came out sort of looking like veggie KFC). All were extremely delicious! Would recommend this place. Also very cheap

Went here a couple of times. Great food. They use meat substitutes, which sometimes freaks me out but defo not meat. They do seem to serve fish like lots of Asian veggie places. Seems really popular with locals, which is a good sign.

We discovered this little gem on our most recent trip to Penang and were kicking ourselves that we didn't find it sooner. We've just arrived in Penang again and it was our first port of call, which in itself says something! Unfortunately it doesn't appear to be open today (Tuesdays probably their day off) bit looking forward to eating there again tomorrow. The Nyonya and Taiwanese dishes are inspired, flavourful and a true delight. Loads of variety on the menu means you're unlikely to run out of options. Enjoy!

A chinese vegetarian restaurant serving delicous local and nyonya dishes. It's a great place for family and friends to dine in together. Food are served fast and fresh. Good and friendly service, especially from one of their humble owner Mr Lai.
Read moreThere is a specially assigned private carpark opposite (behind Continental Bakery) for customers dining in any outlets at Nagore Square. Free 1 hour parking if you show them your receipt. Remember to validate the parking ticket at the restaurant you dined in.
