Zero mentions of vegan

Yeah, they are vegetarian, but they don't mention vegan anywhere so you can't really be sure that there will be something for you - or what it is going to be. Not a five star place in my opinion, even if the food is good.

Zebra, or the art of herbivore cuisine!

Looking for a pleasant, lively and hype grassland? Yes?! Then track down Zebra at the end of the Länggasse. We went there one evening and had lovely time. We tried their Falscher Hase (Fake Bunny) CHF 44.-, Zebra Burger CHF 42.- with various surprise appetiser (all vegan). Both were good, but the Zebra Burger could have had a bit more sides (the little beetroot slices looked miserable). We particularly appreciated the original and flavourful appetisers (beetroot soup, humus, vegetable tartar, sorbet...) The desert was also very tasty, even if it was also beetroot flavoured. Overall the experience felt like eating at a friend’s who knows how to cook good and earthy dishes.
