Iraqi restaurant with nice mezzes - Edit
Honestly this was my first experience with Iraqi cuisine. It is a mix between Turkish and Lebanese food. There a several vegetarian mezzes on the menu and some of them are also vegan. We had a mix of cold mezzes (5) with warm bread. The staff told me that the mezzes were all vegan but it wasn’t. One of the mezzes was Zjazjik, which includes yoghurt. I was with a non-vegan friend so happily he could eat that one. The bread was very nice and the other 4 mezzes were also nice (hummus, baba ganoush, muhamara and tabouleh. I also orded the warm mezze kibbe vega, which was okay (a little bit bland). We also had a main course but it was brought to our table just a few minutes after we started with the mezzes. That was a pitty but the taste was also disappointing. I had the filled zucchini but the taste was not great.

Lovely experience - Edit
All food tasted very fresh and the waiting staff was really friendly.
Read moreWhen asked for a vegan option, our waiter immediately pointed out this dish without us having to explain our request.
I just ordered that dish, but they seemed very flexible and open to swapping ingredients if requested.
