Clearly labeled ingredients

Paramount is a good option at YUL airport (note: it’s before security). I had the create your own bowl with falafel. The ingredients of all of the sauces, hummus, etc are listed out so it is easy to confirm what is vegan. The garlic sauce isn’t vegan but the tahini and hummus were very good. Not sure about other locations but the hummus did not have any non-vegan ingredients

Falafel

Yummy falafel wrap for $14 or Falafel platter for $24. Be sure to specify no garlic sauce or yogurt. Also available are freshly made juices, tabbouleh salad, hummus, and mouhammara. My top choice for vegan food at YUL airport. Ample seating and excellent service also.

Did you ask if hummus is vegan? Paramount location in Toronto has yogourt in it. Couldn’t believe it!
