Nothing special

Staff is nice, but the foods are lack of spices. Very small place.

Yummy, Cheap, and Fast

I had set G, which was some fried rice with soup for only 36HKD.

I believe most people get a set of the day. I can't read Chinese, but Google translate worked well enough for me picking the fried rice set.

There are only about 13 chairs in this place, but there are two tables with 4 chairs each and the rest are just kinda like a bar.

Pros: Price, Taste, Convenience

Cons: It's a bit small, The narrow openings of the tables

Down to Earth

The food is heartwarming, simple, and honest. We asked for recommendations for dishes that were not fried. The waitress was helpful, and we ordered a pumpkin dish, a winter melon dish, and soup. Everything was delicious!

One other reason to visit and support this restaurant is that there are takeaway meals near the entrance for folks in need to stop by and grab a meal.

Pros: Service

Serving is huge!

Ordered takeaways for fried rice, fried kway teow and 2 soups. The rice n kway teow were filled to the brim of the containers!

Tasty and very affordable

Depending on what you order, you can get away with a tasty and filling dish for a relatively low price. I only paid 36$ (about 4€ something) for my dish and could barely finish. Very tasty.

Very cramped inside though, but that was the experience!

Unique Flavors

I enjoyed the food overall. Definitely not a 5 star place but the flavors were very unique. There are actually 2 locations. One as this listing and one more North in Mong Kok.

HK hole-in-the-wall experience

The vegan hole-in-the-wall eatery to complete your HK experience. We had the tomato shrimp (#13) and tofu skin with ginger and veggies (#8). Both were excellent and both were gentle on our tummies and our wallets. The lady is friendly and gave us recommendations. Tiny place with shared seating, but relatively quiet and homey. Give it a try !

Pros: Inexpensive, Friendly, Authentic

Cons: A bit cramped for space

Local style vegan food

Reasonable quality vegan food, cheap and cheerful lunch set prices. The staff don’t speak English, but the menu has plenty of photos you can choose from.

Pros: Lots of choice

Cons: Very limited seating. , English translation does not always match Chinese

Best restaurant I’ve been to in Hong Kong

Super tasty food and really welcoming personal. The place is small and atmospheric, feels really authentic to Hong Kong. For 55HKD you are getting a main dish rice soup. Today I ate here twice and the food was so delicious! Yummy! Definitely coming back and bringing my friends😄

Excellent food and great value for money

Very small vegan restaurant near yau ma tei mtr station. Very friendly staff and the food was great. The combo was good value for money and very large portions, I had enough for lunch the next day too!

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Cheap

Cons: Not many seats

Tiny Place. GOOD food!

About 29 for the set lunch with soup.
They have about 8 options to choose from and they're quite varied and surprisingly delicious.

Wish they gave some more veggies but the portions are 40% veggies 60% rice.

Good food

Tiny restaurant, zero English. There are set menus, hk$50 or so. The lady who runs the place is friendly. Look for the green doorway. Food was good, but not great.

Pros: food, price, speed of service

Cons: lack of English

Not much Mandarin either. But one of the cooks spoke English and the numbered menu by the till is bilingual. Quite easy in the end.

4 stars for food

Lovely place - not quite the set up but the concept. No English menu but worth a go for ordering special of the day. My meal was yum
