Riesige Gemüse Auswahl zum selbst kombinieren - Edit
Die veganen Produkte befinden sich immer oben im Regal, sodass man die gruselige Fleischauswahl gut ignorieren kann. Es gibt eine Riesen Auswahl an Gemüse und Pilzen, verschiedene Tofuprodukte und vegane Nudeln. Diese sind nicht als vegan gekennzeichnet aber auf Nachfrage zu erfahren. Das Personal weiß über vegane Ernährung Bescheid und ist hilfsbereit. Es gibt zwei vegane Brühen in verschiedenen Schärfegraden und eine Mala Stir Fry Option (ohne Brühe). Alles super lecker. Das Ambiente entspricht einem Schnellrestaurant.

Schnell und sehr lecker - Edit
Baue deine eigene Ramen Bowl, mit leckeren Brühen und einer guten Auswahl an Tofu-Produkten, Pilzen und Gemüse. Das Essen ist schnell fertig und es gibt dazu noch verschiedene Toppings. Auch die Atmosphäre des Ladens ist angenehm modern.

Lecker, schnell, hübsch - Edit
Im Restaurant nimmt man sich eine große Schale im Eingang, sammelt sich alle frischen Zutaten zusammen und gibt die Schale an der Kasse ab, um die Suppe fertigstellen zu lassen. Super schnell und mega lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einzig die Menge an Fleisch und Fisch an dem man vorbei muss, ust unangenehm.

pay by weight, staff was really friendly. lots of veggies, lots of tofu and noodles, not clearly labeled as vegan but you can kinda guess really easy what’s vegan and what’s not. or ask the staff, they are ready to tell you what’s vegan. especially with the soup base.

Intriguing concept - Edit
You take an empty bowl and throw in anything you like from the buffet. Hand it in at the counter and in 10 minutes you have a hot bowl of soup. You pay by weight.

The restaurant offers plenty of seating. The vibe is rather busy, not quite as extreme as in a fast food restaurant, but in that direction. So it's more for casual dining, e.g. after work (or takeaway).
Unfortunately, there is no vegan labeling. Most of it is obvious, but it would be helpful for the broth and sauces. If in doubt, you have to ask.

Es gibt Tofu, verschiedenes Gemüse sowie Nudeln. Zudem kann man mit verschieden Extras wie Koriander, Frühlingszwiebeln und Chili noch nachwürzen.
Preis geht nach Gewicht, meine Suppe hat circa 12 Euro gekostet und ich wurde sehr satt. Nur zu empfehlen!
