Tastes authentic - Edit
The menu presents vegetarian options rather than vegan ones, unsure if they can be requested vegan. I had the Spicy Vegetarian Ramen. Toppings were good - the ramen egg especially was the perfect consistency of yolk and marinated properly. Broth was tasty and seems to have been made with a proper vegetarian dashi by my taste. Noodles were the right type and good for slurping.
