Vegan quinoa bowl was great

The only vegan option was a quinoa bowl, the Quin-Wow Bowl. It’s also gluten free. The bowl was really good and tasty, including quinoa, kale, avocado, artichoke heart, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, pecans, and balsamic glaze. I usually would not give 4 stars to a place that only has one vegan option, but it seems really tricky to get vegan food in Galveston so one option in a menu felt like a win.
