Decent Mexican fare - Edit
Mexican food is a go-to cuisine for vegans because rice and beans are a complete protein and you can have a filling meal without animal ingredients. What separates a good Mexican restaurant from a great one is dedicated vegan ingredients like cheese, sour cream, and vegan meats.
Read moreSadly none of those are present at Xochitl. Instead you have a vegan menu that does the job of excluding dairy and meat for you. So not exactly special. The guacamole is excellent though. Really really excellent.
