Small Chinese vegetarian eatery offering eggless and allium-free (no onion or garlic) cuisine with a Putien influence. The menu includes Mala Hotpot (a communal dish where items are cooked in a spicy, numbing broth), Tze Char (a selection of stir-fried dishes), Yong Tau Fu (tofu and vegetables, traditionally stuffed with a paste), wonton noodles, a daily soup, and other dishes served with rice. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-8:00pm.

Nice food with good variety

Located inside Somerset 111 when you enter the mall. Friendly staff and offer a great variety of vegetarian/vegan food, including self-pick Mala pot.

Eggless Vegetarian Eatery

New outlet of Xing Hua Vegetarian~ Allium-free eggless vegetarian eatery; the staff said dairy is present only in the fish soup beehoon (can opt out of it) and in selected drinks, while the other dishes are vegan. An extensive menu covering not only Chinese food (e.g. Putien-inspired 'crystal buns' tofu meatballs, braised beancurd, etc), but also Singaporean food (e.g. mee rebus) and local-style Western food (e.g. fish and chips). Pleasantly surprised by the taste, and quite value-for-money especially considering the central location! Located in 111 Somerset, a short walk from Somerset MRT. (Btw Hvala is the unit right opposite, for those looking for more vegan options for drinks and desserts~)
