Terrible service and arrogant

The worst customer service I have encountered in my life. Waited for 1 hour when they promised 30 mins and they obviously forgot about my order, despite my reminder twice. When I highlighted why they served customers which come after me. Instead of apologize and rush out my order, simply just ignore me letting me standing there for a long time and even suggested I can cancel the order if I want, I have decided to give up after almost 1 hour. They can be so arrogant because it is hard to find another veg store there, well don't be too arrogant. Previously another stall almost equally arrogant for many years eventually closed shop, who knows.

Agreed, must wait like at least 45 min, sometimes forget your order then must wait again, seems to big orders or regular customers. Food so so, definitely not worth thecwait.

Simple food

This stall is a hidden jem, and I would recommend you to try their curry dish, the gravy is fantastic, it goes well with rice noodles.

Tasty wanton mee

I went down hoping to try their veg duck porridge but unfortunately it wasn't for sale today. (Check the photos for their daily special menu)

Their wanton mee is pretty well-known so I decided to try it. I wasn't disappointed at all as their veg imitation version is the old school style of wanton mee. It reminded me of the wanton mee I had in JB years ago when I was still not vegan.

Best Wanton Mee at Tampines West!

I didn't know the location of this vegetarian, if not for the recommendation by a fellow Buddhist friend. This vegetarian stall is so well hidden at one corner, that you would almost missed it, even if you are in the vicinity. Wanton Mee is strongly recommended, and the rest of the Tze Char dishes are also very nice, due to the strong Wok Hei flavor. As usual, it would be perfect if they serve less or no mock meat.

Pros: Best Wok Hei, Best Wanton Mee

Cons: Mock Meat

Simple yet delightful

Xie Bi An is a stall that is almost hidden by the way the coffeeshop is partitioned.
Food options is like what you would've expected from any zichar food stall but with that extra kick of wokhei flavour.

The people working at the stall may look aggressive but they're some of the best I've ever encountered. Definitely will be back here when I'm in Bedok/Tampines area.

One of the Best Place for 煮炒 for Dinner!

If you love Buttery taste, you must try their Butter Fried Abalone Mushroom, 奶油鲍鱼菇!
Crispy with the taste of Buttery flavor~ *drooling*

Whenever wanna have dinner in Tampines area.. We will suggest this place as their foods are legit DELICIOUS! Price isn't that expensive either.

After meal, you still can head nearby CC for Starsbuck to continue chill & relax~

Pros: DELICIOUS dishes with reasonable price , Fast in serving~

Cons: Can't think of any after so many years eating here

good choices of vegetarian food

Wanton noodle is good especially when is prepared by a lady with spec. Everyday has different menu. After lunch has 煮炒。They’ll always ask if you want egg.

Pros: reasonable price

Cons: NA
