Vegan on request means omitting ingredients not replacing - Edit
I was at Wise Acre for breakfast. Six items on the breakfast menu and only one can be made vegan - Huevos Rancheros - which I ordered. The vegan version omits eggs, lime crema, and cotija cheese. No replacements for any of the omitted items yet I was charged the same price as my companion who ordered the regular version. There was one vegan bakery item - a berry muffin. It was moist and delicious. I also ordered a Bloody Mary which was watery and pretty flavorless, but the pickle in it was so good - the best part of my meal.

Farm Fresh Breakfast - Edit
The difference in taste from having farm fresh ingredients was obvious with every bite.
Read moreI had the veganized version of Huevos Rancheros for brunch. Instead of eggs and lime crema, more of the other vegetable ingredients were substituted – stewed black beans, pickled veggies, greens & salsa roja served with 2 grilled corn tortillas. Super fresh & tasty.
I tried 3 types of Wise Acre brand hot sauces (there are about 8 available) with my meal, all of which were excellent. I bought a bottle of their hottest to take home, called “Ghost of Pepper Past”.
There are farm-fresh vegetables and other foods/products for sale inside the venue, many of which are vegan.
