Awesome Raw Food - Edit
I never seek out raw places, but we were nearby for lunch. The menu is huge, and it took me a long time to decide. I went with a warm quinoa bowl with cashew cheese, pepitas chorizo, guacamole, and kale. It was delicious. Each component tasted great, and combined they were amazing. It was filling and nourishing. The staff was laid back and patient with me too.

This place is incredible! Went in wanting a small dinner, ended up getting soup and dessert as well, because the food was so delicious and the staff was beyond friendly and offered recommendations and samples. They were super sweet and helpful, and now all I want to do is go back to try more of the food :)).
Read moreThe menu is pretty big, and everything's made in-house: burger patty, tuna salad, pumpkin seed chorizo, ice cream... all so delicious!
Love the vibe and decorations, too. "Eat clean, live dirty" is a great slogan :).
I'll stop now, but I could go on for a while about why I love this place.
Pros: Food is delicious, Amazing, friendly staff, Great quality, reasonable prices
Cons: Can't think of anything, It's too far from where I live

Hands down the best vegan spot we found in LA. Everything was amazing. The "tuna" sandwich was fantastic we couldn't believe everything was raw!! There was even a slew of RAW vegan ice cream (gelato) options. For real the only non vegan item is honey. They are happy to substitute it out of the smoothies. It didn't seem to be in any of the main dishes. They are also all gluten free and their only soy on the menu was in the miso. VERY friendly and very helpful. Will defiantly go back.

Love this raw place in DTLA! Los Angeles needed this so bad. All our raw vegan joints have gone cooked fusion. This place does have honey in some of their smoothies so vegans be aware. Everything else is vegan and delicious. The salad bar is brilliant, the space is huge, the decor is welcoming to all lifestyles and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food - I've found my new favorite spot!

Best Raw Food In Los Angeles - Edit
I had heard this restaurant was amazing, and I finally got a chance to try it.
Read moreI first noticed all of the cool artwork adorning the walls.
I ordered a raw vegan sushi roll, a portabella mushroom "burger" and tried a few scoops of their raw ice cream.
It has been a sad couple of years for raw cuisine in LA, as mane of the restaurants have closed, but this new offering is better than most of the raw food restaurants that closed.
The chef studied at the famous Cordon Bleu cooking school, and she truly knows how to make your taste buds dance.
I highly recommend this restaurant!
Pros: Best raw veg food around, Cool ambience, Raw Ice Cream bar

So far I have tried numerous menu items and they all have been good. Pressed juice is excellent. Food second to Juliano planet raw (which is a complement!)

Good Raw Food - Edit
Saw this on HappyCow and hopped over to give it a try. Here's my Wild review.
Read moreStreet parking is scarce in downtown, so we opted to just fork out the money to park in a lot. The restaurant is on a corner with large glass windows. The inside is quite spacious and great, actually. There's table seating as well stools at the counter.
We ordered several dishes to try: the pasta supreme was well-flavored and served warm; the burger was okay; the Azlan bowl was spicy and tasty with cooked quinoa (the one non-raw thing); the dynamite raw nori rolls was surprisingly enjoyable (has avocado and coconut meat).
We also sample their ice creams and a few juices, and all were very good.
The prices are moderate, 2 or 3 dollars less per dish than other raw places like Cafe Gratitude and The Spring.
