Highly Recommended from a Vegan! - Edit
I love it when non vegan restaurants take pride in their vegan options and don't just make a vegan dish so they have a vegan dish. White Labs in Asheville has, I'd say, the best began pizza I have ever had anywhere! Their house made vegan sausage I even sent back once or twice because I thought they gave me real sausage. I'm not sure what brand of cheese they use but I really don't care because it's fantastic!
Read moreTo add, their double cheese burger is the bomb! It's not a boring dried out black bean burger that falls apart when you look at it. They put thought into making something truly special and vegans who eat there don't have to settle for some boring vegan option... It's even on a vegan Brioche Bun, which most places just give you a burger on a plate with no bun because they only carry non vegan brioche buns.
Get their brussels sprouts without the aioli to make them vegan. Also exquisite!
That said, If I could rate this place only on its vegan options, I would give it 5 stars. Of course I wish they had more options but i'm just happy they put thought and flavor into the options they have.
Pros: Great vegan options, Great Beer, Friendly service
Cons: Pizza: No sun dried tomatoes, Burger: No lettuce and tomato option.

Pizza was good and they had a vegan sausage option. We also got the vegan Cesar salad, which was mediocre…just lettuce, dressing and a few croutons.

vegan sausage pizza was delicious! i only have to deduct a star because the cocktail i was served was very weak - could not taste the alcohol whatsoever. husband ordered the same drink without alcohol and they tasted the same.

They can make any of their pizzas vegan. My fave is the mushroom - it is really good. They also have vegan burgers. Great local option with plenty of parking in a convenient location right on the edge of downtown. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Had a variation of the mushroom pizza with veg. cheese on my half. In this case it worked out just fine with doing the 1/2 vegan 1/2 not (even tho we were warned it might not). Anyway I found it delicious. Staff was really friendly and seemed to have the vegan variation thing down.

The vegan sausage pizza was great. Besides listing vegan cheese and sausage the menu wasn't marked. The bartender was very knowledgeable though.

They make their own dough and it is an excellent crust. Vegan cheese and homemade sausage are options. Really tasty.
