Sehr Lecker. Schönes Ambiente. Klassisch. Es ist wohl die beste Option wenn für JEDEN (Fleisch, Vegetarisch, Vegan) etwas dabei sein soll.

Frühstücksbuffet - Edit
Bereits zweimal beim Sonntagsbrunch da. Beim ersten Mal alles in Ordnung (zumindest hoffentlich) und auch sehr lecker. Beim zweiten Mal extreme Probleme bei der Beschriftung. Der Koch hat keine Ahnung vom Unterschied vegan/ vegetarisch gehabt. Sandwiches zur Hälfte vegetarisch, andere Hälfte vegan, aber leider zusammengeklappt. Ein Salat mit Honig-Senf-Dressing als vegan gelabelt, auf Nachfrage und nach Erklären des Problems immer noch keine Änderung des Vegan-Labels. Dafür wurden viele der noch angekündigten veganen Speisen für den Brunch noch handschriftlich auf vegetarisch umgewandelt, was zu einer deutlichen Einschränkung der Auswahl geführt hat.

Ausgefallene vegane Optionen - Edit
Wir waren erstaunt was es alles an veganen Optionen gibt - Currywurst, Schnitzel, saisonale Gerichte (Spargel), deutsche Tapas. Hat alles lecker geschmeckt und die Preise waren auch okay. Super schnelle Bedienung.

Amazing vegan Schnitzel, great beverage options, not so great service - Edit
Websters is a 10 minute walk from the central station. I made a reservation with a big group, mixed vegan, veggie, omnivore and we had our tables for the whole evening. I has the Veganes Duisburg - an amazing vegan soy schnitzel with a tomato myshroom sauce, pan fried potatoes and seasonal veggies. It was so big it was enough for me and my girlfriend to share.

Websters has a wide variety of beers, homemade lemonade, cocktail, including beer cocktails and even non-alcoholic versions of Aperol Spritz - very modern options for this kind of establishment.
Unfortunately the service was not great, some dishes that were ordered at the same time coming way too late. Several people in our group were really unhappy with the service, thus only 4 stars.
