Chilled. Great bagels.

Came on a recommendation to this chilled courtyard cafe for breakfast.

Choice of toast or bagels. The big breakfast looked too big for me.

Good for breakfast. Situated in a peaceful courtyard

The food here is decent and the courtyard environment is charming. The staff here seem to always be different, and some staff are warm, but many of the staff seem unenthusiastic. Otherwise, the food is okay and the price is what you'd expect from Hong Kong ie reasonably expensive.

Lunch solo

I was going to order the red curry with udon, but I spotted a couple of people with something beautiful and asked what they had. The bagel, but it was served with a salad of hummus, roast carrots, squash and dressed lettuce.

Pros: Nice smoothies, Quirky area, Good initiative

Amazing vegan cafe

Everything was delicious. I had an avocado pomelo sushi bowl, which was filling, had beautiful sauce and lots of fresh veggies and tastes and textures, and was presented wonderfully. Highly recommend the artisan gnocchi dish. The hojicha chocolate caramel tart and tiramisu were so delicious, and flavourful. Even their self-fill water infused with fruits was delicious!

It is a small cafe with seating for around maybe 15 people inside and 8 outside in the courtyard. You may to wait a bit for seating inside but it’s worth it.

Friendly service but also may need to get their attention since it’s a small place and they go to the kitchen often.

20% discount on takeaway orders.

Perfect Breakfast on Hong Kong Island

Enjoyed a fantastic brunch on our first full day in Hong Kong. Coffee, smoothie and the "amazing day sweetcorn salsa avocado bagel breakfast".

The only slight change is I would ask for the coffee to be extra hot next time :)

Pros: The fresh food, Fully plant based, Great service

healthy and tasty option

I would come again, the selection overall was interesting and I liked that not only it tasted well but also felt good on a health level at the same time. They accepted payment by credit card unlike what some comments said so maybe they updated that. While it's true that food portions are indeed not that big, I guess the prices represent the selection and quality of the ingredients

Beautiful Cafe near the university

Really cute and beautiful cafe
A lot of the menu items are only served before 11:30AM so remember that when you order.
Small portions like everyone else said, but very nice food.

Very good! But servings are on the small side.

This is a great little lunch and dinner spot! It’s right behind the beautiful Blue House and it‘a a part of the community complex. They support all sorts of local, sustainable and charitable missions like partnering with Green Ladies and local farms in the Hong Kong area.

The food is very good! It’s seasonal menu always focuses on having lots of flavors and diverse foods so you get plenty of nutrition with each meal. However that does mean they face some of the small problems that comes with a seasonal menu. The choices are somewhat limited and they don’t have a lot of standard food that comes on every menu, mostly breakfast items, and the serving portions are smaller than other similarly priced places. They are really good! But if you go there, you should plan to pick up another snack somewhere else in an hour.

Pros: Seasonal menu that supports local farms, Very nutritious food, Delicious, well balanced and satisfying

Cons: Seating is a bit small, Plate sizes are a bit small for the price

Flavour eruption

Super set meal: mushroom soup, choice of main (I took the 'sushi volcano' option) and tea. Very satisfying. Comfortable place, relaxing, friendly and helpful service.

Lovely birthday meal here 🥰

I went here for a birthday meal with my partner and we got 3 dishes to share. The sushi dish was amazing, and the berry dragon fruit oat milkshake was also a highlight. A bit pricey but worth it. Cute little spot. They don't serve alcohol but it's in wan chai so if that's what you're after you can go somewhere afterwards.

Humble food and even humbler location

The avocado salad toast with fruit yogurt was a great meal, definitely recommended for anyone who don't like salads.

The location was very beautiful, reminded me of Kathmandu, Nepal. It fits the meal very well.

The only drawback for me is for a just a salad and toast they took quite a while.

Disappointing

Honestly, pretty lacklustre. The food is okay, but I was the only one in there and it took ages to get my food and a coffee. Chef eating in the kitchen.

Nice option

Slightly off the beaten path in Wanchai, the restaurant is small- by my count it can fit 17-18 people inside, and perhaps another 12 in their courtyard. The ambience is relaxed and ideal for brunch. The menu is small but well-represented with interesting dishes. I ordered the Dal Makhani Bowl… the curry was tasty enough but I felt the steamed broccoli didn’t synergise well (probably would have gone with spiced/ baked cauliflower). Likewise the bread was a little overabundant… would have opted for slightly more curry and slightly less bread. My companion had the Mala Spaghetti which looked great. I also really enjoyed my drink, a passion fruit lime soda.

They do have good drinks 💦 💦

You should definitely try the Mala noodles next time and report back to the gruop.
