We just got off the station and spotted Vudu sign offering vegan breakfast Baps. Such a good idea to wonder in as we ordered a bacon roll with vegan bacon and hash browns. Classic bap, can’t go wrong.

Limited options but really tasty - Edit
Been twice while I'm Brighton and it's always been really tasty. Had both the vegan options the pulled jackfruit and the 4 bean chilli. Can have either with rice or chips. Both are GF and the chips cooked in a separate fryer which is great. Non dairy milk available for hot drinks. Apparently they have a good truck and do events/ catering so might have different options there.
