Wow wow wow - what a fun exciting spot!! The team here clearly loves what they do and bring a ton of creativity to the menu. They seem to love pickling and fermenting, use bold and sometimes bitter flavors, and just overall this was a really cool spot.

We treated ourselves to a meal here while visiting Paris, and it was easily the best decision of our trip. As newcomers to vegan gastronomy, we were blown away by the creativity. The staff made us feel right at home, serving each dish with such genuine care and enthusiasm. Pairing the meal with their non-alcoholic options added such a unique layer to the night. Lovely place with food of the highest quality. A young team of staff that knows and enjoys what they're doing. A cozy atmosphere that's not pretentious or overly posh. Bold flavours that are very well balanced and are offered at a very fair price. I got the food with the non alcoholic drinks pairing and was blown away by the flavours you can get into a drink as well. Will definitely come again.
