Really good vegan food, prepared by a chef who actually knows how to cook vegan! - Edit
After the deeply disappointing experience at O'Barão Bistrot Brasiliano in Maiori (Amalfi Coast, Italy), both in terms of food quality and the owner’s attitude, our lunch at Vitto Pitagorico in Naples felt like a true breath of fresh air.
Read moreThe dishes were outstanding, prepared with meticulous attention to detail, flavour, and presentation. The menu offered an extensive selection, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. In short, the contrast with O'Barão could not have been greater: like night and day.
I wholeheartedly recommend Vitto Pitagorico to any vegan visiting Naples. This is authentic vegan dining, none of the “look at me, I’m pretending to be vegan to get clients” nonsense.
Quote: "it's because of scientists like you that many restaurateurs refuse to add vegan options"
Response : It's because of restaurants like Vitto Pitagorico that true vegans keep their hopes up. ;-)

Deli - Edit
The pizza with mushrooms was perfect with incredible toppings, and their Pappardelle e ragù di soia alla bolognese was pure comfort food magic, rich, hearty sauce that fooled our taste buds completely! The Tarte Tatin dessert was the perfect sweet finale. This place lets you experience all the Italian classics.

So happy to find them across from the museum. For lunch we had gnocchi and pumpkin ravioli. Delicious and plentiful. Came back for take away - 2 pizzas that were mouth watering. Miguel was our server and so personable and helpful. Even gave us a free dessert! Place very vegan friendly.

Great food, great people, great place! - Edit
We loved this place and went twice on two consecutive days. They have a huge, mainly vegan menu to choose from, including pasta, pizza, salads, "secondi", and desserts. Everything is vegan, with exception of pizza (which can be requested with vegan mozzarella) and some explicitly labelled "vegetarian" desserts. We ordered a diversity of dishes and everything was delicious. In addition, the personnel is very friendly and the environment lovely. Highly recommended!

Great food but GET SOME MENUS! - Edit
We nearly walked out after 10 minutes. They have no copies of the menu, they just give you a QR code to get to the website with the menu. Poor data connection in the restaurant, wifi that didn't work for us, so we had to share one phone between 3 people to see what they had. Not easy anyway to choose from a website and keep scrolling through the options, I'd much rather see the menu.
Read moreHaving decided to stay, and chosen some food, the waiter initially misunderstood some of our order, which would have been avoided if we could have pointed to a menu.
As to the food, it was excellent and I would recommend. We particularly liked the mixed starter (1 was big enough for 3 people).
Quite expensive, so more a treat yourself place.
Pros: Great food, Lovely presentation
Cons: No physical menu, Quite expensive

Un servizio irreprensibile, un cibo delizioso con tante scelte ! I formaggi vegani sono così buoni che dovrebbero lasciare gli opzioni vegetariani.

We were chuffed to find this directly outside of the museum. We stayed elsewhere it was fab to come to the city and find a totally vegan restaurant. Great choices, I wanted tonnes of salad and got it. Also great to have more than two pizza to choose from,

Must get = the ravioli! - Edit
Wow! So much flavour. I’m stuffed but I could eat it all again just to taste it again. I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to go to this place because I’d read some of the bad google reviews but decided to go for it it because of the reviews on here. I’m so pleased we did.
Read moreWe messed around the courses a bit, but we left very full and very satisfied.
To start, I had the Pacherri, my husband had the cannellini bean soup, which is so thick and generous it’s more like a stew.
For main,y husband had the ravioli, which would usually have been my thing but I’ll be honest, the photo put me off. But my word was that delicious. We had to switch half way through because I couldn’t stop going on about how tasty it was.
I had the meat mince pasta which was also good, but not as stand out as the ravioli.
By the time dessert came we were tempted but too full.
I’m vegan, my partner is not - both very happy with this choice.
A note on the waiters - they were very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was great and seemingly filled with happy customers.
Would recommend. Sad I left this place to our last day in Napoli.
Pros: The ravioli 🤤🤤🤤, The high class feel, The choice
Cons: The QR menu slightly devalues the quality

Classy place with good food - Edit
We ate here twice on our recent trip to Naples: once late afternoon which was very mellow and lovely and the second time for an evening meal: the second visit was less enjoyable since service was slow and the waiting staff less friendly.
Read moreHowever, the food was amazing both times. I ate the spaghetti and tomatoes on both occasions since it was so amazing (INCREDIBLE tomatoes!), my partner ate the paperdelle and then a Marinara pizza.
A nice bit of Falanghina to wash the food down with.
Right by the Archaeological Museum so great location.
Pros: Great food, Mellow decor, Location
