Great food, great people, great place!

We loved this place and went twice on two consecutive days. They have a huge, mainly vegan menu to choose from, including pasta, pizza, salads, "secondi", and desserts. Everything is vegan, with exception of pizza (which can be requested with vegan mozzarella) and some explicitly labelled "vegetarian" desserts. We ordered a diversity of dishes and everything was delicious. In addition, the personnel is very friendly and the environment lovely. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great food, Huge variety, Friendly personnel

Great food but GET SOME MENUS!

We nearly walked out after 10 minutes. They have no copies of the menu, they just give you a QR code to get to the website with the menu. Poor data connection in the restaurant, wifi that didn't work for us, so we had to share one phone between 3 people to see what they had. Not easy anyway to choose from a website and keep scrolling through the options, I'd much rather see the menu.

Having decided to stay, and chosen some food, the waiter initially misunderstood some of our order, which would have been avoided if we could have pointed to a menu.

As to the food, it was excellent and I would recommend. We particularly liked the mixed starter (1 was big enough for 3 people).

Quite expensive, so more a treat yourself place.

Pros: Great food, Lovely presentation

Cons: No physical menu, Quite expensive

Delizioso

When you see ‘Vegan’ only - fab

We were chuffed to find this directly outside of the museum. We stayed elsewhere it was fab to come to the city and find a totally vegan restaurant. Great choices, I wanted tonnes of salad and got it. Also great to have more than two pizza to choose from,
Lovely environment and staff

Pros: Totally vegan, Great choices, Lovely environment

Cons: Bit more expensive than out of the city

Must get = the ravioli!

Wow! So much flavour. I’m stuffed but I could eat it all again just to taste it again. I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to go to this place because I’d read some of the bad google reviews but decided to go for it it because of the reviews on here. I’m so pleased we did.

We messed around the courses a bit, but we left very full and very satisfied.

To start, I had the Pacherri, my husband had the cannellini bean soup, which is so thick and generous it’s more like a stew.

For main,y husband had the ravioli, which would usually have been my thing but I’ll be honest, the photo put me off. But my word was that delicious. We had to switch half way through because I couldn’t stop going on about how tasty it was.
I had the meat mince pasta which was also good, but not as stand out as the ravioli.
By the time dessert came we were tempted but too full.

I’m vegan, my partner is not - both very happy with this choice.

A note on the waiters - they were very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was great and seemingly filled with happy customers.

Would recommend. Sad I left this place to our last day in Napoli.

Pros: The ravioli 🤤🤤🤤, The high class feel, The choice

Cons: The QR menu slightly devalues the quality

Little break from marinara pizza

Pretty decent food comparing to the rest of the options in Naples. Portions could be bigger though

Gorgeous food, nice place

Lots of choice from pizza to plenty of other things. Mostly vegan with some vegetarian optioms

Had the beetroot tartar which was basically beetroot on guacamole and it was divine!

We tried out 2 different meatballs and a beautiful vegan tirimisu. All the other desserts looked good too, lots of choice.

Pros: Food choice, Surroundings, Staff

Classy place with good food

We ate here twice on our recent trip to Naples: once late afternoon which was very mellow and lovely and the second time for an evening meal: the second visit was less enjoyable since service was slow and the waiting staff less friendly.
However, the food was amazing both times. I ate the spaghetti and tomatoes on both occasions since it was so amazing (INCREDIBLE tomatoes!), my partner ate the paperdelle and then a Marinara pizza.
A nice bit of Falanghina to wash the food down with.
Right by the Archaeological Museum so great location.

Pros: Great food, Mellow decor, Location

Pros: Freundliches Personal , Nahezu 100% vegan, Frische Zubereitung

Cons: Babà nicht vegan 😞, Inhaber raucht E-Zigarette im Lokal

Deliciosa cocina original

Cons: Cerveza no suficientemente fria, Precio alto

Miglior ristorante vegano a Napoli

Consigliatissimo! #Veganuary

Disappointing experience

I have wanted to try this restaurant for a while. Unfortunately the food was not good, the pasta was not well cooked and the fried pizza "montanara" was chewy. Napolitan cuisine is very tasty but unfortunately Vitto Pitagorico is far from the local standards. It seemed to me a tourist trap rather than an authentic vegan and raw food restaurant 🙁

Really good place!

In my opinion, the cheese could be better, or the way it is served should be changed - i.e. separately like in classic places. Otherwise, high quality restaurant and good food!

Excellent food

The restaurant serves vegan and vegetarian food only (they have tons of dishes to choose from, not just pizza). All of the pizzas can be modified vegan. I had the pizza special for dinner which included a drink, pizza and a choice of an antipasto or a dessert. Delicious food and beautiful decor. Highly recommend.

Pros: Fully vegan/vegetarian

Ottima esperienza. Dolce all’acocado e cacao sublime.

Left hungry after hours of waiting

My partner and I were excited about finding a vegan place in Naples. The menu for this looked very good. However, upon arrival we were served by a waiter who seemed to take a dislike to us - we were unsure if it was because we were British and struggled with Italian (although do make an effort to say please, thank you in Italian etc). He would actively avoid us and when it came to ordering, he would leave in the middle of us trying to explain our order. We managed to order two pasta dishes and then proceeded to wait for more than an hour as they did not turn up. Eventually a female waitress checked on us to ask if we wanted dessert - we said that we hadn’t even eaten anything yet - and she was extremely apologetic and said there had been a problem with the kitchen - no pasta, but we could get pizza. My partner ordered a pizza but I had only wanted pasta so ended up not eating at all. The pizza itself was good. By this point it was 11pm and I was unable to find anything else to eat that night.
We rate 3/5 stars only because the food and drinks we actually had were good, and it was great to find vegan food, and for the kindness of the female waitress, but we found the male waiter very rude and unbothered.

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Diverse menu

Cons: Slow service , Personal bias

Would give more stars if the service wasn’t that slow

When I arrived I was the first customer of the day, so all alone, yet I needed to wait for a super long time until anyone came by to take my order. The service in general was super slow, kind, but seemed to avoid customers and were chatting with each other at the counter instead. I needed to catch a train afterwards, so probably my experience is very different from someone who has all the time of the world.

Regarding the food: the raw lasagna as a starter was really good and so was my Scapece pizza. I very much recommend choosing one of the meal offers, otherwise it’s pretty pricey.

Absolut bad experience

We visited this restaurant on our last evening in Italy and had hoped for a really nice night.

When we entered the restaurant, we were not greeted. As usual, we waited at the entrance. Several waiters passed by without acknowledging us. It took a while before we were finally shown to a table. We made a reservation.
Our waiter was quite nice and helped us with the menu (which was only available via QR code). The menu is very large, and we found it to be absolutely confusing, with way too many odd subcategories.

We ordered wine for two, a Casablanca listed under the Neapolitan pizza category, and the Mare Nero pasta. Both were vegan. The dishes arrived extremely quickly.

Unfortunately, the pizza was not a Neapolitan pizza, but a focaccia. The dough was baked, and cold ingredients were placed on top.
The pasta was supposed to taste of the sea (with seaweed and lemon), but it was absolutely flavorless and just bad. Something was also gritty in the dish, it felt like sand between our teeth.

Our water came with gas, even though we had ordered still, and we didn’t receive any olives (everyone around us had some).

At some point, the waiter asked if everything was fine, and we honestly said no. We explained that the pizza was okay, even though it wasn’t really a pizza, and that the pasta was just bad. The waiter left, saying "don't worry." We assumed we wouldn’t be charged for the 18-euro pasta. However, at the counter, the pasta was still on the bill. I asked if we really had to pay for it, and the answer was yes. Absolutely zero customer orientation. Absolutely poor handling of complaints. At the very least, the wine could have been on the house.

I find it a shame that I have to give such a poor review to a vegetarian/vegan restaurant. If they had at least handled our complaint well, but no.

For us, it was a complete waste of money. There was also a 10% service charge (for what service exactly?) and an extra 1 euro per person for cutlery. We hadn't paid that much in any other restaurant in italy (not even in a vegan one in Rome). For 18 euros, I expect a high-quality and flavorful dish.

We were absolutely disappointed and cannot recommend this restaurant.

Cons: Bad taste , Bad service, Absolut no customer orientation
