Waste of time not worth two stars
We made the effort to travel here by taxi which took about 25 minutes. A complete waste of time.
Very limited lunch choices(3) on the menu and one was not available due to having no avocados.
No raw vegan available and disinterested staff.
We left and went to Wild Earth Organics up the road. What a contrast! Receptive staff and great service.
If you are a serious vegan and want delicious, healthy food, skip this place.
Pros: None
Cons: Very poor menu, Disinterested staff

We were there for lunch not desert! We searched through Happy Cow first.
not vegan
lovely vegan food available, however cafe not totally vegan as they serve cows milk
Pros: lovely vegan optiond, nice atmosphere
Cons: serves cows milk
Very unaccomodating
Was really excited to try a fully vegan cafe here in New Zealand, showed up at 9:05 and was first told that they weren’t open, then upon further inquiry was told that the chef wasn’t there. As the only vegan kitchen in town this was extremely disappointing service for a traveling vegan. Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t get any. Very frustrated.

Plant based but not vegan - Edit
The tofu burger was very tasty indeed but a little expensive considering there was no accompanying side salad or anything. Decor is lovely and charming. All meals seemed to be vegan friendly however there was a caged bird in the cafe which as a vegan made me feel quite uncomfortable and sad. I also noticed they were selling some cosmetic products containing beeswax.

Cons: Caged bird, Could be better value for money
