Wasn’t sure whether to try this place as the reviews were good but the photos didn’t look amazing.

We were offered a choice of soy cheese or hummus and chose the cheese which was great.

Decided to eat a sandwich here as they offer vegan alternatives on their sandwich and not just veggies as some other shops do. Would love to see more options though so you have something to choose.

The only con is the huge pieces of meat on display but we saw that at every comparable shop sadly..

Si vous avez envie d'un casse croute rapide et vegan, c'est le lieu. C'est dans une zone très touristique donc un peu cher, et le comptoir présente aussi et surtout de la viande (donc si la vue de la viande vous dérange beaucoup prenez a emporter).

Here they carefully pour vegan cream cheese onto one half of the bread, using almost the entire jar of cheese. They open a new package of vegan ham and lay out almost all the slices. Crispy bread with grains of salt, brushed with olive oil.

I wanted to give them 5 stars because indeed it is not a fully vegan place, but they were very friendly with me (unlike other places in Florence) and the vegan option is clearly marked and was really good.

Other than croissants, don't expect to find much in the area. I got the vegan focaccia and was pleasantly surprised with the size. I was starving and it was still too big for me although I do have a big appetite. Staff seem to be open to make alterations but I was too hungry to change anything. Sandwich comes with vegan cream cheese and deli meat.
