Read moreWe arrived at the airport just before 7pm and it took for ever to get our rental car. We were concerned that we might get to Villa Vegana too late for dinner, which normally is until 9pm. They were so accommodating after we arrived just before 9pm. Wonderful first impression and excellent dinner.
In the morning you are treated with a wonderful personal buffet plate uniquely presented. A nice variety of hearty and sweetly breakfast treats and something new mixed in very morning. We were able to enjoy breakfast and dinner mostly in the gorgeous restaurant terrace. What an amazing setting to enjoy a vegan meal!
Every evening has a different theme for dinner. We had Italien, Turkish, Hungarian, Spanish, Mexican, Swedish, all so delicious! Be prepared to enjoy every bite!
There is no dinner Wednesday and Thursday.
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bellaverde in Carrer de les Monges, 14, 07470 Pollença. It’s all vegan, great service and setting. During the day we visited the historical town of Alcúdia.
For Thursday’s dinner we went to Ca n'Ela Vegan Restaurant in Palma. Neat little restaurant with delicious food!
We had room #6 which comes with a fantastic terrace overlooking the pool area. Plenty of space to hang out! There is an A/C unit in the room. We never needed to use it hence can’t say how we’ll it works. The bed can be covered with a mosquito net, which I assume will come in handy at some time of the year. We only had a few mosquitoes hence didn’t use it.
Villa Vegana is a great place to relax and enjoy!
Of course you can also join for a meal without staying at the place. Reserve in advance as the food is all prepared fresh. Check out the theme on Instagram as there isn’t menu to choose from.

The owner and staff are so friendly and the food is outstanding. We got so lucky to dine with them. Their chef was hospitalized and reservations are temporarily only available to hotel guests. The owner stepped back into the kitchen for the first time in 3 years and she knocked it out of the park. The food was divine! They change themes and country cuisine each night. Attached are photos of some Scandinavian night and then Paella night. We will enjoy Asian night tonight. This is a must visit when you are in Selva. The food is absolutely wonderful.

We had a great traditional Mallorcan meal at Villa Vegana. You have to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance. The menu is set and at the time we went it was 45 euro per person for non hotel guests, and 38 euro for hotel guests. This includes dessert. Drinks are extra but not expensive. The setting is beautiful and off the beaten path, but the location that was entered by someone in Waze is correct. We had a pleasant evening at Villa Vegana and would come back to try another themed night.

There are many things that I adored from this lovely place: the stunning scenery surrounded by nature, the beautiful finca and, of course, the food. Me and my partner had the burrata starter (which was delicious), the "smoked salmon" and sparagus canneloni (no words for how good it tasted) and the Shakshuka (my partner loved it), and then the raspberry tart as desert.
