Wonderful little restaurant - Edit
We had a wonderful dinner there! It was clearly the best I had in Vilnius. We had 4 different meals, everyone was happy. The place is really cozy and the service was really good.

We tried the tofu steak, the filled mushrooms, nachos, snickers cake and traditional biscuit cake.

There is a shared table, which is such an interesting concept that promotes mingling and conversations with strangers. We met some other tourists and had a lovely meal with them through the shared table, highly recommend especially if you're going by yourself.

I was really excited to try the oyster mushroom dish and a sandwich from this place, but when we went for lunch you could only choose between 2 soups, 2 mains, and some hummus. The beetroot soup and vegan mozzarella salad that I had were good, but I never would have chosen them otherwise. I wish the restaurant would advertise their more limited menu so that customers can choose to visit at the appropriate time

Lovely place where I enjoyed very much to spend my time. I had a cold beetroot soup and a salad. Everything was delicious and cozy. Loved the spot at the window, loved the vinyls, the staff’s kindness and calm, and the support to Ukraine. I wish a place like this could also be in the town where I live!

I really enjoyed my meal here - it was rich but yummy. Maybe a little too cheese tbh, didn't realise how much it would come with. My partner got the salad & that was delicious. I wish the bbq mushroom had more mushroom & less cheese.
Read moreThere was a bit of an issue with ordering pink soup - i really wanted to try it but the waitress told us it was too big for 1 person to have & also too big to share between 2 people. Looking at the photos here, that simply isn't true.
I also asked for the lithuaniuan dessert to take out - she did not give me the dessert I asked for.
I'm not sure what happened, but these few mishaps let it down for me, which is unfortunate as I wanted to love it.

Best baked tofu ever and fairly priced - Edit
The tofu with vegan cheese and tomatoes was very delicious. A small salat and some baked potatoes completed the dish. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice.

Very nice and cozy vegan cafe. Felt authentic from ingredients to armosphere (they even play vinyl records). Lunch is optional soup and for main you can choose from 3 options. Dinner portitions are huge. Had beetroot carpazzio, which was under "snack", but could have been a meal by itself. Beyond meat steak with fries and mayo was excellent. Many hot and cold drinks available (also alcohol) and some vegan pastries/cakes for dessert. Would recommend Lithuanian "lazy cake" made of chocolate and coconut milk, does not look like much, but it is good.

We called into Vieta today and were really impressed! The daily lunch menu is great value at just €9 for a soup (today it was a yummy sweet potato & celery) and a choice of three main courses (today it was gnocchi with pumpkin sauce, a Buddha bowl with tempeh or a salad bowl with hummus - we tried the first two & they were both very good). What's more, everything is 100% vegan! There's also a lovely relaxed, cosy vibe. What's not to like?

We literally felt that we were eating a nice lunch in some locals livingroom- so cosy. The place was small, the staff were friendly and dogs allowed!! The food was good. We ate the tacos and the kimchi. The junibeer were also a really good non-alcoholic drink for me!! We recommend this place.

Wir hatten Glück und an der Bar war noch ein Plätzchen frei, da das Lokal doch sehr klein, aber äußerst gemütlich ist. Die Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man konnte aus 2-3 verschiedenen Vorspeisen und Hauptspeisen auswählen. Dabei war die berühmte lokale Spezialität der Rote Beete Suppe in vegan dabei, welche sehr erfrischend war.

Best vegan food in vilnius, a vegan restaurant in a cute little street in the old city. Visited there twice and had the baltic-polish traditional summer pink cold soup for my first visit and for the other i had a great tofu dish with amazing sauce and a good traditional chocolate biscuits cake.

Great restaurant with a very cozy environment. Having lunch at Vieta it's like visiting your eastern europe grandma and she puts out the best warmful meal and makes you feel at home. Great location, Great staff, cozy music and decoration. We'll be back!
