Ich war mit meiner vietnamesischen Partnerin zum Abendessen dort. Sie war sehr begeistert von dem authentischen Geschmack und meinte, dass man fast keinen Unterschied zum originalen Gericht mit Fleisch schmeckt.

Was there many times meanwhile. And have to add following comment:
It is a small restaurant and it is possible that even if you have a reservation that you have to wait for 30 Mins, outside before the store, standing in the actual weather (happened to me last time, was with an old lady and we had to wait standing outside with minus degrees).
So if you come with elderly people for example make sure to call before you go to the restaurant and ask if the space is already free.

Besonders gut, fand ich, dass es hier Gerichte gibt, die es bei anderen nicht unbedingt auf der Karte gibt. Dennoch erscheint die Karte und auch die Preisgestaltung ohne wirklichen roten Faden. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und lecker. Sehr freundliche Bedienung und angenehme Atmosphäre.

I had the spring rolls, which were good. I was disappointed in the pho for me the ingredients didn't seem cohesive or traditional. The tofu and seitan lacked flavor depth. Maybe the other dishes are better 🤷🏻♀️

Small and cozy place for vegan vietnamese food perfectly situated near the main street - great for stopping by after a shopping tour. We tried a soup with seitan steak and sausage, mushrooms and ricenooddles as well as a delicious noodle bowl with tofu! Both of them were great! It was all freshly prepared and we had fun experiencing the different tastes! The prices are indeed not super cheap but it was worth it for us!

We had a bowl and rice noodles with homemade spring rolls. These were great, noodles and bowl rather average.
Would visit again to check out one or two other dishes, the staff was very friendly.

Leckere Vorspeisen & Glasnudelgerichte & Nachtisch - Edit
Wir hatten die Glasnudeln mit Zwiebelsauce und mit Basilikumsauce. Beides war sehr lecker, die Zwiebelsauce hätte etwas schärfer sein dürfen, da auch pikant dabei stand, bei der Basilikumsauce hat es gepasst, sie ist insgesamt etwas außergewöhnlicher. Sehr gut waren auch die Vorspeisen und der Nachtisch (Kokos-Klebreis). Da waren wir froh, dass wir uns einen Teller geteilt hatten, weil er sehr satt macht. Kann man fast auch als Hauptgericht essen.

Auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant, dass alle unseren Ansprüchen gerecht wird, sind wir spontan auf auf das Viegan gestoßen und mussten dies gleich ausprobieren. Das Lokal ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient und auch kleine Extrawünsche waren kein Problem. Wir hatten verschiedene Vorspeisen und Gerichte, die alle frisch zubereitet wurden, liebevoll zubereitet und angerichtet waren und sehr gut geschmeckt haben. Es war alles auch sehr reichlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
