My only regret is that it took me so long to check out this amazing and very affordable restaurant. The all-vegan food was excellent, varied and all-you-can-eat for a very reasonable price. The buffet was continually replenished and featured several additions over the time I was there. Plus, the owner was very pleasant and helpfully explained all of the dishes. I think that I have a new favorite restaurant in Porto!

Uniquely and deliciously flavored buffet - Edit
I've been to quite a few vegan buffets, but this one stands out for its creative, original and deliciously spiced options. Everything I tried I loved, including the desserts... so even though you might be stuffed after this feast, save a little room for the dessert... you'll thank me later 😉 Bonus points for the owner being vegan and speaking a bunch of languages.

Tasty variety All You Can Eat - Edit
The proprietor, Najam, went out of his way to prepare a dish for my husband, who eats no salt oil or sugar (SOS free). The flavoring of the food is subtle and delicious, many of which have a hint of Asian spice. There is a good variety of dishes, from soup to tofu curry casserole, even some yummy desserts at an additional modest cost. The carrot, beet salad was our favorite. The fixed price of €13.50 seemed like a bargain for dinner. Plenty of place to sit inside at the 10 tables, or choose outside seating on a sunny day.

Came for the great reviews, but it did not level up to them. Was quite disappointed. Everything was rather bland. From previous vegan Indian buffets I have gotten wonderful flavors and a fresh serving.
Read moreI came for evening service, so perhaps everything was dried up and sad from lunch. They still should have been more flavorful.
Best was the soup and the little lentil(?)balls you filled up with a chickpea dish, mango sauce and another sauce. Would have been happy if everything else tasted as good as these.

I've never been to a buffet where I like everything, then I went to Verde Hut. There is a small yet varied selection of extremely delicious dishes. Its clear the owner and chefs put a lot of thought and love into each one, and that there is pride behind what they make. I couldn't even pick a favorite if I tried, but the creamy seitan dish was so addictive, the little sushi rolls had perfectly seasoned rice, and the banana cream pie is so fluffy and tasty. I wish I lived in Porto so I could come here every day. I would get all of my vitamins and minerals and be happy all the time.

Nice spot with several options in an "all you can eat" vegan buffet, with salads, proteins, vegetables and warm dishes. Desserts were also great. All what we took was really tasty.

I always like a good vegan buffet and this was no exception. A good selection of (most Indian-inspired, I think) options including salads and warm dishes; plenty of choice and very popular with my seven year old daughter (who was lucky enough to be given a chocolate "cheese"cake desert free of charge!).

I love the possibility to have a little bit of everything at buffets and Verde Hut offers various tasty and healthy dishes, that I enjoyed very much. The waiter was very helpful and friendly. I also had a delicious orange coconut pie for dessert, which was not included, as well as a mixed berries smoothie.

I have no idea why this place has 2 $ on happycow and not 1, is not pricy, it's a vegan buffet (all you can eat) for 12.90 for lunch and 13.50 for dinner, and you have also a lemonade included. On top of that the quality of the food is very good

I really have nothing but praise for this place; it's hands down the best all-you-can-eat buffet I've ever had. The selection isn't huge (which I think is a plus), but it's still varied. The staff is friendly and explains the dishes in detail. The food is fantastic at a truly competitive price. The location is convenient. The food includes a sugar-free lemonade (good, but I would have preferred water).

Open till 11pm so great for late arriving flights. Such fun being able to go up as many times as you like and everything is vegan! You only need a small scoop of everything to fill your plate up.

Everything is very tasty. We went there 3 times during our stay in Porto both for lunch and dinner. The menu is changing daily, so you can easily go there several days in a row.

We were so impressed that there are multiple vegan buffets in Porto, and this one was unbelievable. So welcoming, so much food, and all of it was amazing! Favourites were the little crispy shells with chickpeas, all the fresh salads and the lentils. All amazing! Would definitely recommend!
