Vegan high tea on the beach

They have a full vegan high tea service with a great selection of sweet and savory dishes included, along with scones, fruit, and of course tea and bubbly.

Savory Selection:
Mushroom Lettuce Wrap: Features balsamic onion and Mediterranean aioli.
Vegetable Summer Roll: Includes mint, cashew butter, tomato, and ginger.
Roasted Beet Hummus: Served with a cassava chip, tahini, cumin, and chickpeas.
Broccoli and Artichoke Cup: Seasoned with garlic, oregano, almond, and cranberry.
Soup/Starter: Often includes a Hamakua tomato gazpacho or a Makana salad with papaya seed vinaigrette.

Sweet Selection:
Taro and Coconut Truffle: Infused with lemongrass, lime, ginger, and chives.
Chef's Selection of Desserts: A rotating variety of vegan and gluten-free pastries and petite fours.
Scones: Traditional-style scones served with fruit preserves.
Palate Cleanser: A refreshing tropical sorbet.

Tea Selection:
Guests choose a full pot from Moana Classics (e.g., Hawaiian Coconut, Mango Pineapple) or traditional teas (e.g., Earl Grey, Jasmine Pearls).

Hours: Thursday through Sunday, 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM. Reservations recommended
