Vegan Sushi Paradise :) - Edit
We visited Venus Garden in Mahon today. The sushi is completely plant-based, very fresh and full of flavor. Even my boyfriend, who is not vegan, said it was the best sushi he has ever had. The owner is exceptionally kind and friendly. There are a few seats inside and outside, but we took our sushi away and enjoyed it on a bench by the harbor with a beautiful sea view, just a minute’s walk away. We can wholeheartedly recommend this takeaway – truly a must-visit in Menorca.

July/August 2025. Alex, owner and chef, is awesome! He speaks excellent English 👍🏼. Just ask for the English menu (see photo. NOTE! New English menu, with poke bowls are due soon!). The sushi is divine! The ‘create your own’ poke bowls are amazing! They have protein ‘adds’ such Huera (ch*cken), three styles of tofu, chickpea, t*na etc! An absolute *must visit* if you are near Es Castell! 💚

Read morePedimos un combo degustación de 32 piezas, y estaba todo buenísimo. El cocinero, majísimo, nos puso 2 piezas más de regalo.
Faltan más lugares así. Llevo 10 años siendo vegana y nunca había encontrado un sitio de sushi 100% vegano con opciones más allá de los típicos makis de aguacate o de pepino. Aquí encontraréis incluso piezas con salmón vegano.
Si estáis en Menorca, tenéis que ir!

Un lugar que no puedes obviar si vas a Menorca. Hace años que no comía sushi y fue una experiencia religiosa, un festival de sabores y texturas. Fueron 12 piezas de degustación a elección del chef, y la verdad que nos sorprendió y agradó muchísimo. También pedimos un poke con heura y tofu marinado que estaba delicioso. Estamos deseando volver a Menorca para poder disfrutar de nuevo de este maravilloso lugar! P.D. La persona que nos atendió fue encantadora y cercana. En general, una experiencia de 11!

We took a mixed plate of the most popular sushi 🍣 and it was great! Every piece had a unique taste:) my personal favorite was the Vegan Tuna😊 Its more of a take-away place but there is the option of eating there with self service.

Venus Garden has the best sushi I have ever tasted! The flavors are amazing and they have plenty of options to choose from. They have other things on the menu too, like burgers, gyozas and desserts. Everything I tried was next level, this place was the best I tried in Menorca!
