Good to see many vegan options here - Edit
This popular gelato and chocolatier chain has a shop inside S.M.N. Train Station. You can create your own bag of chocolates and pay by weight, with all vegan chocolates clearly marked with a "plant based" logo. They also offer 4 vegan gelato flavors, and their cones are vegan too. I tried the nougat and strawberry flavors, both were tasty, but for the price I expected a bit more. Still, it's great to see so many vegan options in such a well known spot.
