I went to lunch with a reservation in July 2017. Staff directed us to sit at a table for 2, we made a reservation for 3 a week before. Staff was adamant that sitting 3 people in a tiny table for 2 was common practice. A table for 4 was empty but he won't let us have it.
We left afterwards cos arguing with the owner was futile. If the owner behaved like an [censored], I won't care how good the food is. Be careful about reservations when eating there, especially during weekday lunch when everywhere in that area of Hong Kong is crazily packed.

It is truly upsetting that my previous review was removed, shame on you Happy Cow for censoring me!

I fully believe in supporting full vegan establishments, especially in HK, but this was the worst service I have ever experienced, and I will NEVER go to this restaurant again.

From the moment my family and I stepped into this restaurant we were treated with disdain. Of course HK isn't known for good service, but this was a truly terrible experience.

I can't be bothered retyping our experience in detail, but there are better vegan restaurants to dine at, with far better service.
