Great value for money, variety of food - Edit
Veggie Factory (素食工房) is a small, cozy vegetarian restaurant in Kai Tak. You order by scanning a QR code. The digital menu was in Chinese, however, the staff were very friendly and helped us choose dishes.

The best part is the value for money. For just 48 HKD, you can get three dishes with rice and soup. You can also add drinks, snacks, and desserts for a bit more.
I really liked the cold dishes, especially the shredded beancurd with cold noodles. The soup noodles had a nice spicy flavor from Sichuan peppercorn, making it perfect for a gloomy day. The green tea cake was also a delicious dessert.
They have a lot of different dishes to choose from. I would definitely go back to try more.

Really good option for Chinese vegan/vegetarian food. The portions are generous and the service fast. I’ve had the braised tofu, egg with bitter gourd, cauliflower, broad beans, etc (been a few times)

Happy to have found this place! Narrow but bright, clean interior space with bilingual menus: mostly vegan, with ovo-lacto options clearly marked. QR code ordering, cash or octopus payments accepted.
