Vegetarian stall located inside Gala Corner, beside Gala City Commercial Centre. Sells assorted local vegan and vegetarian dishes - mostly vegan or could be veganized by omitting eggs & dairy (may include eg yong tau foo bee hoon, rice set, wanton noodles). Open Mon-Sun 6:30am-2:00pm, 5:30pm-10:00pm.

Food was great but not the service

The place is very hard to find. It's in the DY entertainment building. The food is veg not vegan, but it's easy to avoid eggs. It is run by 2 young women, who speak ZERO English and even laughed at me when I tried using Google Translate. It turns out they are from Indonesia, so they didn't seem to understand Malaysian, even though the languages are very similar. They didn't seem to know how to read their own language either since they served me mushrooms twice. I don't eat mushrooms and explained in writing in the Indonesian language using Google. Only when I switched to sound/voice did I get anywhere. They didn't understand or care that the veggie balls were made from mushrooms. Then they finally tried to pick them out by hand, but I insisted they start over.

I live in Malaysia, so I am used to language issues. The problem was with their attitude, not the language barrier.

It was late, other places were closing, and I had already parked my car. Otherwise, I would have just left.

But the food was fresh and delicious.

Pros: Great tasting food, Vegetarian

Cons: Not vegan, Terrible attitude of the workers, No English spoken
