Healthy Japanese food - Edit
Amazing food that are organic and locally sourced. The female owner speaks fluent English too. Just ask for vegetarian food and you will be fine. Also I have say they have amazing chai milk tea too and raw cake for desert!!

Modern Japanese home style lunch set the most tasty in Fukuoka for this type of food.

Make sure to call or ask the owner Nao the wife if they have a vegan option for the da you will visit.
The vegetable option lunch could have fish stock or milk sometimes.
