A classic near the castle! - Edit
Vegan’s Prague is a classic that’s been around as long as I can remember and is a perfect spot for a tourist visiting the castle. I enjoy the food here but I am always left expecting a bit more for the price (which I can understand given the location).

Wow!!! I could eat here every single day and not be disappointed. Everything we tried here was fantastic!! Plus, most items on the menu are GF, which as a vegan celiac is difficult to find. The restaurant is up a couple of flights of stairs, but worth the climb. If you make a reservation you can sit on the rooftop terrace with a view of the castle. We started with the red pepper and eggplant rolls, fresh, tasty, a great starter. I had the zucchini lasagna, soooooo tasty. Layers of zucchini, spinach, cashew ricotta and no beef crumbles. My husband had the fried rice, I don’t know how it tastes, he wouldn’t share. I will come back here over and over again.

I had the special of the day: sweet potato filled with tempeh and chickpeas and some tasty, green sauce (which was not pesto). There were also some salad and tomatoes on the side. I also had a fresh orange juice.

Great cosy spot for Vegan food! - Edit
Vegan's Prague was one of the first fully vegan restaurants we visited and have been back many times since. Not only is it in a great location from the popular sights of Prague, they have great food! From typical Czech cuisine made vegan to salads and burgers, they always have a good menu of food to eat. They also have great beer and their hot chocolate is a great addition in the winter months, probably one of the best vegan hot chocolates we have had. Its a little bit more expensive than other places but the food is good, the place is cosy and the staff are very friendly and welcoming!

Good customer service, nice food that is all vegan, not cheap for Prague but in touristy area and cheaper than UK prices still. Recommend if you want to try Czech style food and know for sure that it’s vegan.

This is a great dish to discover Czech cuisine. Bread dumplings served in a creamy sauce with vegan sirloin. They do it very well, so much so that I came back to this same restaurant almost 10 years later to have this same dish.

J’avais un peu peur lorsque je m’y suis rendue car j’évite les restaurants dans les quartiers touristiques et que l’entrée m’a fait un peu peur mais j’aurai raté un excellent moment.
Read moreIl faut monter plusieurs étages à pieds (je ne pense pas qu’il y ait un ascenseur pour les personnes à mobilités réduites mais à vérifier) ce qui donne une superbe vue sur la ville. Le restaurant est dans une ambiance cosy, sur deux étages (dont un sous les combles et avec terrasse) et propose des plats locaux.
Les plats sont excellents, c’était vraiment agréable de pouvoir goûter de la cuisine locale, superbement maîtrisée.
