Stopped in for a snack and was warmly met by staff. It’s all very modern and you order on a screen and your food is brought out to you. The paella hybrid macaroni dish was good but needed a little kick - the American in me wanted to ask for Ketchup but the didn’t dare. We’re in Paris after all!

Generous portions of tasty vegan food - Edit
Veganil offers fast and traditional Egyptian cuisine, entirely vegan. The portions are very generous, the service is fast and the staff very friendly. I was lucky enough to try their lentil lasagne (a real treat), a polenta burger and fritters, and their tiramisu. Everything was excellent. I recommend a visit to this restaurant, which is also very reasonably priced.

One of My Favorite Finds in Paris! - Edit
Seriously great spot for quick vegan food in the Latin Quarter. Food was excellent and service was great! This place offers takeaway and touch-screen ordering for extra ease. Completely vegan and quite affordable as well so I would highly recommend Veganil on your visit to Paris!

Nice Egyptian place and a chance for vegans to try the infamous "French tacos" - Edit
As a French vegan, I haven't been able to try a "French tacos" until I visited this place during a short stay in Paris. There were more appetising Egyptian things on the menu and I regret missing out on the chance to try something else. A "French tacos", a recent fast-food trend in France, is a wrap containing fries and sauce and in this case, fava beans. I happen to like fava beans but my girlfriend hates them (they have a thick skin and taste stronger than most beans) so I don't think that it is for everyone. But you never know until you try! Nice new vegan place with an appealing Egyptian theme and I hope I can make a second visit next time to taste the Egyptian dishes.

Wonderful Egyptian and casual French food - Edit
Went with some friends and had a wonderful meal, their Kochari and fowl were really good, and the lasagna and tacos were nice and filling! Very warm welcome from the staff as well who we chatted up a bit before leaving

Great egyptian-inspired vegan food. Had the lasagna then when chatting up the owner discovered they have the magical Egyptian pasta dish Kochary... My favorite food from my 3-month stay in Cairo. Will have to come back. They also have vegan M&Ms (plain and peanut) for sale! Bonus!!

For €45, we got 3 lasagnas (huge and could almost have fed two!), 1 salad and 1 chickpea fries and a drink. Great value for money. The lasagna was lukewarm at best but very tasty and service was good

Huge portions, first time ever I couldn’t finish my food 😜 - Edit
I tried their vegan lasagna and was completely blown away, I was a bit hesitant to order it cause in my mind a lentil lasagna was probably not going to be good… it turned out to be delicious. The portions are huge. We shared also their foul spread with pita bread and their falafel taco. We were so full we had to take half of the taco to go! Would definitely recommend it!

Nous sommes venues manger une compagne et moi il y a quelque temps, mon menu était la lasagne et elle un burger ! Je trouvais que ma lasagne manquait de sauce tomate, et que c'était trop copieux, mais heureusement que l'on peut prendre les restes à emporter. Mon amie trouvait son burger vraiment bon et original. Les boissons étaient délicieuses et le tiramisu, une belle découverte. Je recommande ce restaurant qui est aussi esthétiquement accueillant ! Un bel échange avec le propriétaire du restaurant qui est agréable.

Absolutely delicious Egyptian food and incredibly kind staff. I was intrigued by “French tacos” and they did not disappoint. As an American, these are not what come to mind when describing tacos, as these were more like a cross between a panini and a burrito — the French tacos were honestly better than a conventional taco (imo). I got the basic French taco with nothing added and it was perfect. I was a little worried about fries in the taco, but they were used sparingly and didn’t offend me too much.

I really enjoyed the place during a lunch break, it's nice and cozy with some tasty and nourishing food. There's also a good offer for the student menu, wich makes it affordable once in a while for lunch.

New restaurant with an owner who tries his best to listen to his clients. Fresh, diverse, and well-cooked food for cheap. You can also buy vegan snacks and sodas that are usually hard to find in grocery stores.

I ordered the taco and it was a large flat rectangular burrito with very light chili seasoning and stuffed with fava beans and vegan cheese. It was not great nor very healthy, but some tastes may love it. With some fresh veggies, it would be much better — it had two or theee small pieces of tomato. Love that this place is vegan, but definitely not the best option around.
