A small coffee place that serves an amazing lunch and the chocolat cake is something else. Don't know how many times I've been here. If the food wasn't enough the owners are just incredible. Love to be able to support businesses like this!

Read moreI ate the smoked tofu salad, a ham and cheese puff pastry and a matcha raspberry brioche with baked almonds.
The tofu salad had many fruits, veggies and seeds and was a good portion. However, i found the smoked tofu not really flavorful and i think a creamy dressing would be amazing to elevate the dish (it's not seasoned and we can put salt, olive oil and rice or cider vinegar on it ourselves). Nonetheless, it really is refreshing and full of vitamins.
However, the pastries were incredible. The ham and cheese was the highlight, so fresh and cripsy, and the ham and cheese were delicious. The brioche, even tho the matcha flavor was not strong enough for me, was so moist and perfectly balanced between sweetness, the slightly burnt almonds taste and the freshness of the raspberries. I really recommend to try the sweet and salted pastries, this couple is really talented. It's so nice to eat those things rarely found (and when found, rarely good) as a vegan!!!

I went in to grab food to go before heading to the airport and immediately the owner was just so warm and kind. I bought a vegan tuna pastry and quiche and wow, they both blew me away! Culinary perfection 😋 The vegan tuna was really close in texture and taste I couldn't believe it. The prices were very reasonable too. Probably my favorite little cafe in Lisbon now!

Established in 2016, Veganeast is the first ever vegan restaurant in Lisbon. After my visit it is clear why they continue to thrive.This small family-run place is a real treat, from food to hospitality. It's also excellent for those on a tight budget as portions are big, prices small. I had the tofu salad, which was like a party in my mouth with every bite different. I also tried their famous chocolate cake with chocolate ganache which was yummy and light. As I do not like peanuts, they put instead fruit on ot for me.

“Its good to help each other” -José - Edit
While visiting Lisbon for a week, we were blessed by chance to stay close-by and enjoy the wonderfully warm food and hospitality of this space. We enjoyed the desserts in plenty and my personal innovation of an espresso mixed with the yogurt with nuts was fresh and cozy.

Went there for breakfast and got the soy yogurt with fruit and muesli. It was great ! The fruits were fresh, and muesli and the yogurt were very tasty. Filling meal ! I also got bread, butter cheese for snacking on later. The bread is fresh and wholesome.

Had some very friendly food service and walked us through options with suggestions. Very reasonable prices in a non-touristy spot! Food was a great home cooked meal. The BEST vegan chocolate cake I've had in a very long time.

This nice Café topped our expectation: the atmosphere was so friendly and cozy, the staff so nice and helpful and not at all: the food so tasty! We chose the Quiche with salad, grilled sausage, Avocado bread, chocolate cake, Nata, daily soup and lemonade and fresh squeezed orange Juice. Everything was nice arranged and very tasty. A very good price Performance ratio! I really enjoyed the Brunch there 🥰
